Baba’s life-size murti in Leipzig!

The power of a group sankalpam

Dear Sai Family,
dear Friends,

Baba is here! We want to share our joy about a successful group process with you and celebrate that Baba came in the form of a life-size murti to Leipzig! It is our common wish to strenghten Babas presence here in Germany in a powerful way. May Baba gift the people in our society with divine blessings and open all of our hearts.

Baba showed us his beautiful sense of humour and came in very unusual ways to us. We could’nt believe it when we received an SMS from Dubai at the 1st Advent, saying: “Please send us the address so we know where to send the murti…”.

We were a little sceptical, but then another Email reached us on December 27th - together with the airfreight documents for a life-size Baba murti of 1,350 kg weight: ”The freight was forwarded today and will go to Istanbul via Flight No. #TK 0721 on Deczember 28th, 2013. Further flight information and when the freight will arrive at its destination in Leipzig I will know tomorrow. Best Greetings!”

This message was almost too beautiful to be true; but on December 30th the miracle was perfect. Baba landed safe at the airport Halle/Leipzig, went through customs the same day and we could welcome him with overpouring joy in our hearts - a beautiful murti with a gently smiling face. Everyone who was able to come spontaneously gathered happily around Baba - who was still sitting safely in his shipping box - and welcomed him.

Raising the statue with unified man-power

At the next day - in time for New Years Eve - it took the group 6 hours, muscle power and a chain pull to lift the 1,340 kg Baba-Statue and to get him out of his “wrapping”. He was then moved into the recently constructed puja temple and received Abishek and Arathi as the first ritual!

This miracle is the outcome of an intense group process of the Leipzig Kaleshwar group, which has now reached a new level with Babas arrival. As a group we have been carrying the wish in our hearts to pull a murti of Baba to Leipzig and to construct a public temple. This process started silently in 2011. But since August 2013, an incredible dynamic was supporting. With a powerful sankalpam and deal, we sent a clear sign: we wanted to create first a home for him in the form of a small puja temple, and would do Abishek for him every day until he arrived…and of course continue with that afterwards :-)

The idea was to put a portfolio in the name of the Kaleshwar e.V. (non-profit organization in Europe) together to present us as a local group and to find a sponsor for a life-size murti. We traveled to Shirdi in India, connected with different people and distributed the portfolios. At first, this strategy seemed to be more difficult than we originally thought. But in Shirdi the vision to bring Baba to the world is carried by many. The Sanstan Trust in Shirdi encouraged us in our inspiration and forwarded our contact information in the name of Kaleshwar e.V. to potential sponsors. This is how we received our Baba murti donated by a Baba devotee from Dubai!

Baba at New Years Eve

Sri Kaleshwar wanted his students to start to install power objects in the West to raise the vibrations in the west. Now with a Baba murti here in Germany, a channel for Baba’s energy is there which will be increased by the earth element and will flow powerfully into our physical world. The statue will help us to fullfill the message we as Sri Kaleshwar’s students are carrying as a collective. Baba’s murti will give experiences of the Divine to the people. A life-size murti has a presence one can hardly ignore. It is a heart opener for the Divinity in each of us.
